Robert began his career in healthcare, accumulating over five years of full-time experience in the sector as a Data Analyst, Monitoring and Evaluation personnel. During this time, he was exposed to a wide range of aspects, including standard practices, clinical process flows, and various available systems. This experience led him to identify areas where AI and technology, in general, could assist humans in the processes.His goal is not to replace humans but to empower them through improved decision-making and other means, ultimately aiming to enhance individual patient outcomes.

He has also been involved with a number of organisations outside the healthcare sector, including think tanks that focus on a broad spectrum of topics such as policy analysis and research. This has broadened his overall view and approach to problem-solving.Robert holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Informatics (Cum Laude) and boasts a range of accredited professional certifications in the field of AI and Data Science.
